Over her 25 years of professional experience in sales, project management, and teaching, Sally Michael has relied on research and active listening to guide her clients and students to successful outcomes. As a teacher, advisor, and admissions reviewer, she developed and taught graduate level classes in managerial communication in Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, as well as assisting in admissions review for graduate programs.
